Pairing Notes:
Sa~Ra~Da, the acidity level is pretty high and the dark fruits and spice pop so I would love to drink this with a steak with lots of fat; I’m thinking a BBQ steak. This would also go wonderful with the other white meat, Pork Chops, topped with a cherry reduction sauce and served with a side of buttery mashed potatoes. It’s a 100% meat and potatoes wine.

DWE Notes:
From the nose to the finish this is a full bodied, rich wine with lots of textures. The Garnacha Tintorera is a wine you want to savor as it will slowly but surely become a monster (in a good way; big, bold, expressive) after an hour in your glass. I definitely recommend this wine and give it 91 points out of 100. Don’t use an aerator; examine this wine every five minutes or so and watch it change before your eyes. Serve cool, at the proper 55°F cellar temperature

So pour yourself a big glass of Sa-Ra-Da while you cook that steak or that Pork Chop. You can purchase this wine at Hi-Times Wine Cellars in Costa Mesa for $13.95.

Salud!
